Food Cooperative Program
The Lamar High School Band Booster Club is having a new monthly fundraiser. We are proud to announce our affiliation with the Market Day food cooperative program. We would like to invite you to help support our band programs by participating in this monthly fundraiser which provides to you, restaurant quality food at grocery store prices.
You may pick up order forms at the front desk at Lamar High School or you may contact Pam Robertson at 281-352-4250 or Debbie Turner at 281-343-5333 to obtain a form. Completed forms may be turned in at the front desk at the High School or contact the above mentioned individuals for a more convenient drop off.
Monthly deadlines to submit forms are: Delivery Dates:

September 25th October 8th
October 23rd November 5th
November 27th December 10th
January 8th January 21st
February 5th February 18th
March 4th March 17th
April 8th April 21st
May 6th May 19th
You may also order online at www.marketday.com. When ordering online be sure to use Account No. 25737 and specify location: Lamar Consolidated High School Band.
The orders will be delivered to the High School. You will need to pick them up on the delivery day from 4p.m. – 5:30p.m. at the Lamar Consolidated High School Cafeteria.

Letter Writing Campaign
80% OF ALL DONATIONS GOES INTO THE STUDENT’S FUND, 20% TO THE BAND BOOSTER GENERAL FUND TO SUPPORT THE BAND.
IT’S EASY, IT’S QUICK (not even 15 minutes of your time)
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:
FILL OUT 5 OF THE FORM LETTERS, SIGN THEM, fold them and put them in AN envelope (Get Letters and envelopes from the blue box in the Directors office OR download and print out the letter from here and supply your own envelopes
ADDRESS THE 5 ENVELOPES AND PLACE A STAMP ON EACH ONE
DO NOT SEAL YOUR ENVELOPES – REPEAT DO NOT SEAL

RETURN UNSEALED ENVELOPES TO THE BAND HALL (plastic blue box in Director’s office) We will put the 2-copy pledge form into the envelope and mail it for you. (we are tracking participation)

A BIG SUCCESS. JUST THINK ABOUT IT….IF $100.00 WERE BROUGHT IN PER STUDENT x 160 STUDENTS…$16,000.
$12,800 TO STUDENT ACCOUNTS, $3,200 TO BAND BOOSTERS That will go a long way towards paying for
the participating student’s band trip next year and will help the band boosters to support the needs of the band.
